I saw Jeff with some friends last night at Yuk Yuks (Nov 1). He had the house in stitches. Jeff you Rock!
The only thing that sucked was that Jeff was not our Headliner. The guy that was, even had to acknowledge that Jeff killed on his set.
The short of this is that hopefully Canada will be seeing alot more of Jeff McEnery. And Dude!!! (yes I am talking to you Jeff), Please try out for Last Comic standing!- you would probably win!
Thanks for making us laugh so hard and wholeheartedly.

Hey Jeff, saw your video and have moved you to the top of our list for our March 29th fund raiser at the St. Lawrence College Brockville campus.
Hope to confirm soon.
Once I saw Jeff. He spoke words that together formed sentences, most of which were funny. The sentences that were not funny were instead, very funny, which is the top of that particular scale. I rate things from very funny to funny to not funny to horseshit in a red bucket.
One time I saw Jeff cure a random stanger’s Spina Bifida. Jeff spoke into his ear and the man was fine after that. A week later, that same man contracted Spina Bifida again, this time from a dirty needle. Then he was run over my a train. Yikes! What a week.
Jeff also smells like fresh baked bread.
God speed you, angel of fun.

Hey Jeff, I’m so happy to see your growing success, you deserve it. My friend and I saw you late night on The Comedy Network’s Tim Sims awards and as soon as you pulled the Mmmmuffins joke, you had us hooked [still can’t walk by one of those now without cracking up]. Actually stayed up until 5am to watch the second showing of “Best of the Fest” just to see your new material because we caught the tail end of the first showing. Glad to see that you’re on tour now and as soon as midterms let up I’m hoping I can grab some tickets to see you perform live. Have fun and “make them laugh”!
-Shane
Dude, it’s been about 6 months since I saw your act at Yuk Yuk’s, and I’m still in stitches whenever I drive by an MMMmuffins. Great act!
I’m coming to give you a mega wedgie Fredericka.
Tell Cheyanne I said HI!!!!
Hey man I just saw you on a promo for the JR DIGS show…cool! Can’t wait to see the episode this weekend.
I just heard some of your stuff on Sirus/XM Laugh Attack, and it’s hilarious!!! When are you venturing down to the US?
awesome show tonight, you were hilarious
Just saw you last nite in Brantford … you were HILARIOUS! Your jokes made me cry from laughing so hard … and being from a small town myself, a lot of the things you spoke about applied!! 🙂 It really is worth the drive to Acton! :p lol
November 28th, 2009 Brantford, Ontario!
The Brantford show totaly rocked.
You Nikki Payne & Laurie Elliott blew us all away..:)
Keep it up!
Tommy
Hey Jeff!
Just stopping by to say hi and to keep up the good work!!
Jeff needs to saunter his way on down to the states once in a while. I’ve been hearing him on XM and it says a lot about someone when they can do 15 minutes on a place you’ve never heard of and do it well enough that it’s still somehow relatable.
Hey long-dong silver. Just caught your set on the boob tube and I laughed so hard I almost spilled my can of Piet Depsi. Your comedy jokes make me giggle. I slap my pud when your bod pops on m’screen.
See you in hell,
Timothy Von Pecker (aka Stinky Fitzgerald)
Hey Jeff, just saw you on CTV, great show. I am from Milton and I was in Halton 4-H too. Ward Brownridge is my great-uncle. Keep up the great work, hope to see a show soon!
Saw you on the comedy channel the other night. Your routine is great!!! Keep going!!!
Hi Jeff
As a lover of stand up. After I saw your set in Comedy Now. I’m now a big fan. You set is one of the most brilliant one out there. From beginning to end, it was hilarious. I can not wait to catch one of your show.
Cheers
Danny

Watched your “Comedy Now” stand up and laughed my ass off man. You are one funny motherf***er.
Just saw your show in Langley tonight…oh my God, I haven’t laughed that hard for that long in…well, I’m not sure I ever have. You killed it tonight and I am definitely a fan! Cheers to your continued success!!
I have seen his comedy special as well as his many t.v appearances. This guy is great! I wanted to go to his show in Ottawa, I thought he was in Ottawa for the whole week and couldn’t get tickets on the last night (22nd) Seriously, Jeff if you read this, PLEASE come back to Ottawa!!
Hi jeff its your sister
in 2007 we hired Jeff and two other comedians from Yuk Yuk’s I don’t recall the others if that tells you anything. Our baby girl had been diagnosed with cancer and we had to have fundraisers in order to get her to chemo weekly for two years at a hospital away from home. hotels, food car rental our savings, the sale of our home you name it gone. So there we were in a very scary time hiring comedians. It had been a long time since I had laughed. he did such a great job people still talk about it. A few days after the event I received a card in the mail in side a bunch of money all taped together. Jeff had donated to us all the money he was paid by Yuk Yuk’s to perform that night. I was so touched. Tonight I was working on my blog and I told the story. I was curious to how he was doing. Our daughter two when we met Jeff is ten today, it isn’t all roses it is tough but from a brain tumour stand point she is doing well, soon off to Montreal shriners hospital. Jeff I cannot thank you enough for what you did and how much it helped me reinstate my faith in the world. If you have time please follow my blog I started it a few weeks ago ourmilliondollarbaby.wordpress.com all the best

Enjoy your stand-up Jeff. Discovered you from great work in Dog Pound where you were a very believable asshole tough guy wannabe. Hope to see you in San Diego, Calif some day. j
As opposed to San Diego, Newfoundland? haha 😉
Jeff just today I heard you on CBC Radio, a piece about a film review for Battle: Los Angeles. I couldn’t hit the pedal when the light turned green I had tears blurring my vision, you might say it hinted towards allegory but with subtle traces of tragicomedy. I came home and watched a 16-part bit on YouTube and twice almost fell out of my chair. Yours will be a name I share to anyone that likes to laugh and get in shape at the same time, what with the ab workout. Great stuff.
I love your comedy, Jeff! It’s rare nowadays that a comedian makes me laugh and you make me laugh to tears. I can relate to your small town vs. city humour. I”m very familiar with your hometown of Acton which is not far from Orangeville where I was raised. You are a comic genius and will do extremely well!
Jeff came to headline our Firefighter charity event in Rockwood. It was great to have a local person there for the evening. Jeff did an amazing job and had the entire room in stitches! Jeff made a lot of new fans last night and we hope to have him back again!
Just heard you on Laugh Out Loud and thought you are hilarious. Just had to look on internet to find out about you. Sorry to see “too little too late” for me as I live in Barrie and see that you were in in January!! Bummer.
I heard you yesterday on CBC and you are AMAZING! I immediately got on YouTube to watch more of you! EVERYTHING you say about small towns is so true! I grew up on other side of Lake Simcoe in small town and every thing is so accurate! Right down to the “horse & tractor pulls” with the exception of you for getting that they would nominate a queen for such events….nuff said there……great work Jeff, can’t wait to see you perform live soon!
